Sign o' the times

I was listening to NPR this morning because I only have a tape deck and no IPod and I am not fond of morning DJs in the least, and I heard THIS LOVELY LITTLE STORY that made me aware of how many general standards have evolved and how much technology has changed. It made me remember a time of letter writing, versus email and chat and caused me to laugh at faxed versions of spam and long for my sister's first cell phone, yeah, the box from the 80s. Anyway, so now I know that when I visit New York, I will be buying tickets to the Broadway production of Michael Jackson's Thriller, the Musical.
