word shape

If you take a paragraph, and create an outline around each word, it can even just be boxes that echo the shape of the letters, and fill them in. you can still read it.

  • There was a recent case of someone who used a program to determine blacked out words, like in government documents where one word out of many is censored by a thick black line covering it. Basically, for any font size combination, there is a certain number of words that can fit within the box. With the majority of words eliminated from the running, it can be relatively easy to make and educated contextual guess.
